• No Selling of Data: Since we never receive your data, we cannot and do not sell or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

2. Data Safety and Security

• User Control: You are the sole owner of your data. The App serves only as a tool to visualize your logs through charts and summaries.
• Data Deletion: Because all data is stored on your device, deleting the Fastinja App will result in the permanent deletion of all recorded logs. We cannot recover this data for you as we do not have a backup. However, any export files you have saved externally (e.g., in your Files app or cloud storage) will remain under your control until you delete them manually.
• Security: We rely on your device's built-in security features (such as encryption and biometric locks) to protect your local data.

3. Medical Disclaimer and Professional Advice

• Not a Medical Device: Fastinja is a logging tool for informational purposes only. It is not a medical device, medical software, or clinical tool. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
• Consult a Professional: Fasting and weight management can have significant impacts on your health. Always consult a qualified medical professional before starting a new fasting routine or making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have underlying health conditions or are pregnant.
• Personal Responsibility: By using this app, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily. You accept full responsibility for how you interpret and act on the data you record.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has used the app, the data remains local to that device and is not accessible to us.
